The Depth of Flavor
The depth of a food’s flavor describes the layered richness and complexity of a dish.
A show for the gastronomically curious, “The Depth of Flavor” focuses just as much on identity and connection as it does on the food shared between two strangers.
For my Master's Thesis at USC, I produced, directed, filmed, edited, and built a multimedia website to house the finished pilot episode of The Depth of Flavor. From lighting and sound to post-production and digital presentation, every element of this multi-cam project was executed independently, with the sole exception of a handheld camera operated by a second person.
